If you need to replace or return any of our products, all you have to do is just call us on …… and make sure the product is kept inside the original packaging in which the product was sent.

You can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery attached to the purchase voucher.

Please follow the instructions below in case of any replacement or return:

  1. Make sure to keep the product as it was at the time of purchase.
  2. Ensure that all labels on the cover are attached.
  3. Deliver the product to our shipping company representative.
  4. Check the product to make sure the condition and then will be the procedures to return your money to you.
Unfortunately, if you place an order, you will not be able to modify any details. Our warehouse team will have already started packing and shipping it to you. You will find Patrol’s refund policy. Note: You can modify your order and re-order again before receiving a phone call from us to confirm your purchase.
We deliver most of our orders within 3- 7 full business days, also we deliver to all over Egypt includes all cities in Egypt ( Cairo, Alexandria, Tanta, el mahalla, Suez, Hurghada, Sharm el sheik, Luxor, Aswan and more cities )

you can track your order using your tracking number. this will be emailed to you or can be found in the ‘order history’ section of your account.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey through the courier’s website.
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses. if your payment still fails, you can use the cash on delivery (cod) payment option on the payment page to place your order.
If your card is authorized, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been successful. only paid orders will be handled. we will not charge you for any failed payment transactions.
